Personal Involvement Center, Inc. “PIC” operates within the guidelines of our Department of Human Resources which is in place to establish, develop, maintain, and communicate office policies throughout the entire agency and to represent, help, advise, and consult with our employees, while simultaneously keeping the overall best interests of the organization in mind.

The Department of Human Resources develops hiring plans and recruitment policies, as well as handles compensation and salary administration. They also maintain affirmative action plans and handle employee relations, separations, contracts, performance reviews, benefits, and 401(k) retirement savings plans. Additionally, develops official documentation, workplace ethics/code of conduct, employee handbooks, employee training programs, award/reward programs and community connections as well.
